Forex Leads — Frequently Asked Questions
Everything Brokers Ask Before They Place Their First Order.
We get a lot of questions from brokers before they place their first order with us — and that is
completely understandable. This is an industry where trust has to be earned, and where the quality gap
between providers can be enormous. We have put together answers to the questions we hear most often
so you can make a fully informed decision before you reach out.
What are forex leads?
Forex leads are the contact records of individuals who have expressed a genuine interest in forex or
financial trading. A forex lead typically includes a full name, email address, phone number with
country code, and country of origin — along with additional data points depending on the lead type
and how it was generated.
At Live Forex Leads, we supply several distinct categories of forex leads — live real-time leads,
hot leads, FTD leads, depositor leads, recovery leads, DOI verified leads, SOI leads, and cold
aged databases. Each category has a different profile, a different price point, and a different
ideal use case depending on your broker's sales floor and target market.
What is the difference between live leads and hot leads?
Live leads are generated in real time and delivered to your CRM within seconds or minutes of the
prospect submitting their details. They are the freshest possible data — the prospect is still
engaged and expecting contact. Hot leads are generated from the same live campaigns
but delivered within 24 to 48 hours of submission. They are still very fresh and highly contactable,
at a lower price point than pure real-time delivery. Most brokers run a combination of both.
What are FTD leads and why are they so valuable?
FTD stands for First-Time Depositor. An FTD lead is someone who has previously made their first deposit
into a live forex or trading account. They have already crossed every psychological and financial
barrier between a prospect and a funded client — they understand trading, they are comfortable
depositing real money, and they have been through the KYC process on at least one platform.
FTD leads convert faster and at higher rates than any other lead type because your sales team is not
starting from scratch. The conversation begins at a fundamentally higher level of intent.
What are depositor leads?
Depositor leads are individuals who have made multiple deposits across trading platforms. They
are active, experienced traders with a history of real capital commitment. They represent the highest
lifetime value client profile in the lead market and are best suited to brokers with consultative
senior sales teams.
What are recovery leads?
Recovery leads are individuals who have experienced losses or poor treatment on a previous forex
platform and are open to re-engaging with a trustworthy broker. They require an empathetic,
consultative sales approach. In the right hands, they convert at impressive rates and produce
high-value long-term clients.
Which GEOs do you cover?
We supply forex leads across more than 40 countries. Our highest-demand markets include the United
Kingdom, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Germany, France, South Africa, Malaysia, Singapore, India,
Nigeria, and Brazil. If you need a specific GEO not listed, speak to our team — we can often
activate new markets within 48 to 72 hours.
How are leads delivered?
We support multiple delivery formats including real-time API, webhook delivery, CSV bulk files,
Google Sheet integration, and direct CRM integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and
custom platforms. Our technical team handles all integration setup and most brokers are live within
24 to 48 hours of onboarding.
Do you offer exclusive leads?
Yes. Our live and hot leads are available on an exclusive basis — delivered to one broker only.
We also offer shared lead products at lower price points for brokers who prioritise volume over
exclusivity. We are always transparent about which model applies to each product so you know
exactly what you are buying.
What is DOI verification?
DOI stands for Double Opt-In. A DOI lead is one where the prospect has confirmed their email
address via a verification link before their data is delivered. This eliminates fake
submissions, typos, and low-quality records at source. DOI leads typically deliver 30 to
40 percent better contact rates than SOI data and are the recommended standard for
quality-focused sales floors.
Do you offer samples?
Yes — we offer small paid sample orders for every lead type and GEO we supply. A paid
sample is a genuine working order at full quality, giving your sales team real data to
test and real early results to evaluate before committing to full volume. We do not offer
unpaid samples — but we do keep paid samples accessible so the barrier to testing is as
low as possible.
What is your replacement policy?
We replace invalid records on every order. If a lead has an undeliverable email address,
an invalid phone number, or proves to be completely uncontactable despite genuine
contact attempts, we replace it. No lengthy disputes, no delays. We stand behind the
quality of our data.
How quickly can I get started?
Fast. Contact us via Live Chat or the form on this page, tell us your target GEO, lead
type, and volume requirement, and we will come back to you with a proposal the same
day. Most new broker clients are receiving their first leads within 24 to 48 hours of
their first message.
How do I place an order?
The easiest way is to speak to us directly on Live Chat — we are typically online and
responding within minutes. You can also fill in the contact form on our Contact Us
page or email us directly. We will ask you about your target GEO, lead type preference,
daily volume requirement, CRM setup, and any specific data requirements — and come
back with a clear, transparent proposal.
